Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within defined sectors
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
* Support and motivate sales development to drive revenue growth
* Follow up on leads generated by marketing and lead generation teams
* Develop and manage effective contact networks and strategic partnerships
* Work closely with internal teams, including Estimating and Account Management, to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction
* Accurately forecast and report on sales performance
* Maintain CRM records, update dashboards, and contribute to performance reports
* Maintain a positive, professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
* Offer product and service expertise, confidently addressing customer queries
