Our client, a highly regarded construction consultancy based in Birmingham, is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. The Senior Project Manager Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex projects across the residential, education, housing association, and public sector sectors. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, with a strong focus on Contract Administration under both JCT and NEC forms. Your experience will be key in managing both pre and post-contract stages, liaising with clients, and mentoring junior staff.
