Our client is a well established and highly respected property business that is now looking to appoint an AI Specialist to take ownership of automation, integration and AI driven initiatives across the business.
This is a very hands on role sitting close to senior leadership, with real scope to shape how AI is used across marketing, customer journeys and internal processes.
The position will cover a mix, including AI generated content, avatar and video platforms, marketing automation, CRM integration, prompt engineering and overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop AI video and avatar platforms for marketing, customer communication and internal use
* Design and optimise automated customer journeys across sales lifecycle
* Manage integrations across CRM, email and SMS platforms to enable personalised communication at scale
* Write and refine prompts for AI tools across content, data and internal workflows
* Identify and implement new AI tools and automation opportunities across the business
* Produce and edit high quality video and audio content to a professional standard
* Build and manage studio workflows and support internal capability development
* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver digital and automation projects from concept to completion
* Use data, SEO and analytics to improve website performance, engagement and conversion
Qualifications
* Hands on experience with AI video or avatar platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen or similar
* Strong background in marketing automation and customer journey design using platforms such as HubSpot or similar
* Practical experience with prompt engineering and leading AI models
* Solid understanding of CRM systems, data segmentation and integrations
* Experience managing websites and a good grasp of SEO principles
* Comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
* Proven experience in video production and editing using tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work with senior stakeholders
