Main duties of the job
The Lead Sonographer will have both clinical and managerial responsibilities, coordinating and developing ultrasound services within national standards. They will provide clinical leadership for the daily organization of the ultrasound service and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams at Liverpool Women's Hospital.

* DCR or Degree in Radiography
* DMU/PG Cert/Pg Dip in ultrasound or equivalent
* HCPC Registration
* Significant clinical ultrasound experience
* Management or leadership experience
* Supervision of ultrasound students

* IT skills: Word, Email, Spreadsheets

Salary: £53,755 to £60,504 per year plus a £4,500 recruitment and retention premium, pro rata.
