Lead Manager / Customer Service Officer – Mortgage Leads Location: Wickford or Chelmsford Salary: £22,000–£28,000 Commission | OTE £36,000 Our client is looking for a driven Lead Manager / Customer Service Officer to manage mortgage & protection leads, book broker appointments, nurture clients, and ensure all CRM data is accurate. Role Overview * 15 proactive outbound calls daily * Book appointments & re-engage missed clients * Maintain regular client contact throughout the journey * Log all activity accurately in CRM * Support annual reviews & remortgage retention Requirements * Customer service or sales support experience * Excellent phone skills & confidence speaking with clients * Strong organisation & attention to detail * Proactive with a commercial mindset Benefits * £22k–£28k basic commission * OTE £36k * Monday–Friday only * Progression into Mortgage Broker or Team Leader roles
