Job Description
1. Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
2. Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation
3. Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules
4. Maintain organized project files and construction documentation
5. Support permit, inspection, and DOB-related processes
6. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams
7. Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups

The Successful Applicant
8. Bring previous construction industry experience, ideally in a project coordination or administrative role.
9. Excel in organization, documentation, and attention to detail.
10. Be experienced in handling permitting, RFIs, and submittals.
11. Thrive in a structured, office-based work environment.
12. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
13. Value consistency, reliability, and long-term contribution within a project team.
