Main duties of the job

The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to a client with complex health conditions, assisting with personal care, hygiene, and supported outings, administering medication, observing changes in health or behaviour, offering emotional support and companionship, keeping accurate care records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs, ideally dystonic cerebral palsy, as well as paediatric experience, a full UK driving licence, and a confident, empathetic, and patient approach.

* Female Support Worker - Middlesbrough (Must hold a full UK driving licence) Salary: £15.00 per hour Hours: 4 hours per week - Wednesdays, 10:00am-2:00pm (Potential for additional hours)


Please note: Due to the personal care needs of the client, this role is open to female applicants only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.


There is also a dog in the client's home.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider support network
o Flexible to work the specified hours and open to occasional additional shifts
