Solcode Group Limited – Full-Time | UK (Greater London / Reading) | Hybrid / Remote Option | Supporting European Markets

We are seeking multiple Business Development Managers to join our growing UK team, based around Greater London and Reading, supporting clients and partners across the European market. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering flexibility to work remotely or on-site at our UK headquarters.

Your mission: deliver 1,000 free EV chargers within 12 months, while building strong client relationships and driving sustainable growth in the clean energy sector. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who can take initiative, generate their own leads, and turn opportunities into measurable results.


What You’ll Do

* Proactively generate new leads and explore opportunities within the EV and clean-tech sectors.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Conduct regular client visits across the UK and Europe to expand business and close deals.
* Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies. Deliver persuasive pitches, impactful presentations, and successful contract negotiations.
* Collaborate across departments to align business goals with operational execution.
* Keep up to date with clean-tech and EV infrastructure market trends.


What You Bring

* Passion, energy, and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience (or strong potential) in sales, business development, or marketing.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to independently source and manage clients.
* Strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings across the UK and Europe.
* Fluency in additional European languages is a strong advantage.
* Experience in EV, renewable energy, or B2B sales is desirable.


What We Offer

* Starting salary from £28,000+, depending on experience.
* Annual performance bonus of up to £200,000, tied to key business milestones.
* Temp-to-perm pathway – demonstrate your ability in the initial phase and progress into a permanent position.
* Hybrid / remote working, with regular client visits required.
* Annual leave entitlement in line with UK employment regulations (typically 25 days plus bank holidays).
* Clear performance milestone: deliver 1,000 free EV chargers within 12 months.
