Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Hourly Rate: £12.30
This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.
Life as an AMFresh Baler Yard Operative:
* You will manager and separate production and fruit waste in line with company and environmental standards.
* You will maintain yard cleanliness across loading bays, parking areas, and surrounding spaces.
* You will work collaboratively with several departments to keep our yard areas hazard-free and clear from obstructions.
* You will adhere to Health and Safety procedures at all times.
* You will be based outside in our yard and wear the required PPE.
* You will operate and carry out daily checks on the baler.

About You
* Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or yard environment.
* Good understanding of waste segregation and yard safety procedures.
* Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
