What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Data Lead with experience developing and operationalising modern data platforms. You will take ownership of the data agenda across our WorkNest group and lead a growing team.
You will work closely with Finance, Product, Tech, and CRM teams to build reporting capabilities, especially in product analytics, sales performance, and service delivery metrics. This role involves hands-on technical work, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and coaching non-technical teams to make data more accessible and actionable.
Your Experience
* 4+ years in data analytics with strong SQL and data modelling skills
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
* Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools
* Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
* Experience working with cross-functional teams on sales, product, or service metrics
* Commercially minded, self-driven, and capable of leadership
Our Story
WorkNest is part of a wider GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) division owned by Axiom GRC. Our goal is to build a £250m revenue business through the Private Equity cycle, aiming for >25% CAGR by combining organic growth with acquisitions across the UK and international markets.
You will report to the Group Head of Data and collaborate closely with the Group CTO, playing a key role in shaping our data strategy.
