About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking leader to join our senior team as Assistant Director for Policy, Performance and Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). This is a pivotal role at a time of significant change and opportunity for our organisation and our place.

* Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Corporate Management Team, Members and partners to shape strategic priorities and future service models.
* Drive innovation, transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
* Build and lead high performing teams with a culture of collaboration, accountability and ambition.
About you

* Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical capability and communication skills.
* The ability to build influential relationships with Members, partners and stakeholders at all levels.
* A passion for making a real difference to communities and public services.
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of our organisation and our place at a critical moment. You'll join a committed, supportive senior leadership team working with energy and ambition to deliver outstanding services for residents. We offer:
* A values driven, collaborative culture

* Generous local government pension scheme
