Shift patterns: 40 hours per week, Any 5 from 7, rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* To manage and oversee the daily, weekly and monthly warehouse operational process and people requirements through effective leadership whilst supporting the Site Manager in achieving site KPI's & cost budget objectives
* Responsible for meeting all customer requirements and ensuring operational performance is at required levels to meet company and customer expectations
* Analyse and understand the health and safety related risks for our associates, take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritised plan
* Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety-First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
* To lead a continuous improvement culture in line with H&S guidelines, as well as site procedures and processes
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Proven experience in warehouse/supply chain operations management
* Previous people management experience of large teams
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills - using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Red Prairie experience is advantageous
