The Role: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and personal development. Help pupils build their literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Use creative and innovative teaching methods to inspire and engage students. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies where necessary. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Encourage positive behaviour and support students in developing confidence and independence.
