Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager. This is a full time, permanent position located in Manchester. This role has a salry range of £25,000 - £40,000 OTE.
Let's talk about the role, it involves:
Generate new business opportunities
Advising Landlords on market values/behaviours for potential buy-to-let purchases
Support the Lettings & Investment Manager with undertaking Lettings Market Appraisals
Registration and management of your personal applicants
Generate offers and negotiate lets
Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
Support the process of bringing new properties to the market
Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours
