Project Architect job in Liverpool leading the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, from heritage re-use to new-build as part of a multidisciplinary team taking projects from first sketch to handover.

Role & Responsibilities
* Run architectural projects from concept to completion
* Lead design and technical stages (RIBA 0-7) for residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages
* Produce detailed construction packages, specifications and technical drawings
* Manage internal team workflows and mentor junior staff
* Carry out site visits, chair meetings and act as Contract Administrator.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience post qualification
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive mindset with a drive for continual improvement
* Experience across residential and commercial sectors
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign (SketchUp desirable)
* Ability to lead and support team collaboration
* Full UK Driving Licence required.
