We’re partnering with a forward-thinking Manufacturing organisation seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager to drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across their operations. The Role Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Health & Safety. You’ll lead on developing, implementing, and maintaining robust H&S systems that ensure full compliance with UK legislation while promoting a positive safety culture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement H&S strategies, policies, and risk assessments Lead audits, inspections, and investigations across sites Deliver training and coaching to staff and management teams Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all statutory requirements are met Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on all H&S mattersWe’re looking for a confident communicator and strategic thinker who is comfortable in both being hands on within the on the shop floor and strategic in the boardroom. You’ll be passionate about people, compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture. Requirements: Ideally NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) Proven experience in a similar H&S management role within manufacturing Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and best practice Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
