Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
UK Notional hourly rate £13.71 per hour

What's the job?
You’ll support our showroom teams & installers with the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless and professional service for our customers. Whether via phone, email, or face-to-face, you’ll keep our customers up to date with their projects until completion. You’ll also use design software to bring customer projects to life, asking questions and exploring possibilities. Confidence in recommending finance options, products, and installation services is important.
What We Need
You’re proficient with technology and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, working closely with colleagues & installers to ensure top service. You’re motivated by targets, a good problem-solver, project manager, and have a keen eye for design. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential.
