Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. This role is essential for providing administrative support and maintaining an efficient working environment.
Duties
* Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to maintain organised records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that supplies are stocked and readily available for team use.
* Collaborate with colleagues on various administrative projects to enhance office productivity.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets).
* Attention to detail with a profficient level of accuracy and numeracy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
