Our services support children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD) and Physical Disabilities (PD). Due to continued expansionincluding new 36 bedded homes opening throughout 20252026we are looking for skilled senior leaders with proven RI experience who can drive quality, compliance and therapeutic practice across multiple settings. This is a senior strategic role offering genuine influence, strong organisational backing and clear opportunities for progression as we scale. About Our Services We operate high-quality, therapeutic childrens homes following a PACE-led practice model, supported by: On-site therapists in each home Strong internal safeguarding and quality oversight A positive culture that prioritises stability, staff development and exceptional outcomes Our growth pathway includes: EBD homes LD/PD homes Leaving-care provision Adult CQC-regulated services Two specialist schools opening in 2026 (SEMH & LD/PD) The Role As Responsible Individual, you will: Lead and oversee multiple childrens homes across EBD and/or LD specialisms Ensure each home provides safe, nurturing and compliant care Support, coach and supervise Registered Managers Drive quality, safeguarding practice and Ofsted readiness Maintain full oversight of regulatory compliance (Childrens Homes Regs 2015 & Quality Standards) Influence service development and contribute to expansion plans Build strong, transparent relationships with managers, staff, external professionals and Ofsted What Youll Need Proven experience as a Responsible Individual (essential) Strong understanding of EBD and/or LD/PD models of care In-depth knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations (2015) and Ofsted frameworks Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent) Multi-site leadership experience Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills Full UK driving licence & Enhanced DBS Passion for delivering safe, stable and therapeutic care How to Apply To request the full job description or discuss the post confidentially, please apply via TotalJobs with your CV.
