The purpose of the Store Manageris to develop and sustain effective management activities that maximise sales & profit targets within the Store, provide optimum customer services and ensure compliance of all company and legislative procedures and policies.
About You: We are looking for a goal orientated manager with a proven management and sales track record. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and can provide exceptional customer service. The role requires someone who is organised and can manage their own and others time effectively.
Self Storage experience would be ideal, butis not necessary. However, strong people management experience and a record of achieving KPIs and budgets is essential. The key aspects of the role are converting sales, people management, operationsand administration. Candidates who are always looking for new and better ways of doing things are welcomed in this role.

What youll do:
Sales and Customer Service
o Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
o Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
o Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
o Resolve customer complaints, address customer concerns, and explain company or store policies
Store growth and development:
o Meet the revenue and growth targets, and control costs within a reasonable jurisdiction
o Manage the growth and development of the store and employees
o Demonstrate an active approach to achieve goals and objectives
Manage and train employees:
o Recruit, train, develop and support staff to keep the standards of your team high
o Motivate staff to give their best results
o Provide high levels of leadership, encouragement, training, and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their budgets
Administration:
o Ensure effective administration of the store so that company systems, policies and procedures are always adhered to
o Create and implement effective marketing plans, and monitoring and reviewing results at regular intervals
o Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businesses
Maintenance:
o Take pride in the site and maintain excellent standards
o Ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customers
