Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You are attentive to customer needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products that suit them for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
5. Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.
