Customer Services Assistant As Customer Services Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service via multiple methods. You will be responsible for arranging returns, liaising with sales people and suppliers and keeping accurate records. You will also be responsible for arranging the internal goods in and out process and ensuring that the stock room is kept clear and organised. As part of this you will need to manage the internal stock items and liaise with sales people to help advertise their sale. You will also need on occasion to provide reception cover during periods of annual leave.
