Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of beauty professionals? Oldham College is seeking an inspiring Programme Tutor in Beauty Therapy & Nails to join our Retail & Commercial Faculty. Were looking for someone with strong industry experience across hair, beauty and nail services, who is ready to bring their skills into the classroom and help learners achieve their goals. The Role As a Programme Tutor, youll: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across hair, beauty and nail programmes. Inspire learners through practical and engaging sessions that prepare them for work in the industry. Support learners in achieving their qualifications, building confidence, and progressing to their next steps. Keep your teaching fresh and relevant by bringing current industry practice into the classroom and salon. Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and wider Faculty initiatives. About You Were looking for someone who has: Recognised qualifications in hair, beauty therapy and nails (minimum Level 3). A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Experience of working in the beauty industry, with strong practical expertise. A passion for developing learners skills, knowledge and professional behaviours. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. Assessor or IV qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
