As we continue to scale our nursery management platform across the Early Years sector, we are strengthening our renewals and growth function to protect recurring revenue and generate new opportunities.
We are looking for a commercially driven Renewals and Growth SDR who is confident on the phone, disciplined with pipeline, and motivated by targets. This is not a passive customer service role. It is a revenue generating position with clear impact and progression.

The Role:
As a Renewals and Growth SDR, you will play a key role in both protecting and growing our customer base.
You will manage structured renewal outreach to existing customers while identifying and generating qualified opportunities for our Business Development team.
This role blends:
Renewal conversations
Outbound prospecting
Cross sell opportunity identification
Pipeline management
You will be expected to operate with pace, consistency and commercial awareness.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Proactively conduct cold outreach to early years settings to generate new business opportunities and book qualified product demonstrations.
* Make high volumes of outbound calls each day, following structured cadences to maximise engagement and pipeline creation.
* Manage renewal conversations across elements of our wider product offering, securing contract renewals and identifying churn risk early.
* Identify cross sell opportunities within existing customers and generate additional qualified demos for the Business Development team.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and work to clear KPIs around activity levels, demo generation, renewal rate and overall revenue contribution.

* Experience in SaaS, B2B sales or an SDR role is essential.
Remuneration:
* Competitive basic salary starting at £28,000, with the potential to rise to £30,000 following the successful completion of your probation period.
* On-target earnings (OTE) of £35,000 and beyond, with uncapped earning potential.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B, B2C or SaaS sales.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to work to targets.
* Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a structured, fast paced environment.
