We are seeking a confident, proactiveCommercial Partnership Executive Managerto join our Commercial team.
Pay:£35,000 per annum, plus commission
Hours:40 hours per week

The role
As aCommercial Partnership Executive Manager (CPE Manager)you will lead and develop a team of Commercial Partnership Executives (CPEs) responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of mid-value customer accounts (£50k£250k annual revenue).
In addition to team leadership responsibilities, the CPE Manager will personally manage a defined portfolio of higher-complexity or strategically important accounts within the segment.
The role holds full accountability for segment revenue performance, including retention, net growth, renewal execution, and structured customer engagement. The CPE Manager ensures commercial discipline, forecasting accuracy, CRM compliance, and proactive risk management across the team while delivering strong performance within their own account portfolio.
This is a revenue-accountable leadership position with both managerial and direct commercial responsibility.
About you
This role calls for a commercially ambitious individual with a proven track record in personal portfolio management, encompassing retention, growth pipeline and renewals.
You will act as a professional ambassador for the business, promoting a proactive, structured, revenue focused culture. You will have ambition and a drive to succeed, while nurturing and encouraging your team to ensure highest standards are met across the board.
You will have the knowledge and experience to confidently manage your portfolio, utilizing strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills, combined with a data-driven mindset and a keen eye for detail to enable you to perform in this role.
To succeed as a Commercial Partnership Executive Manager, you will need to have previous experience as a Team Manager with strong leadership skills.
