What you will need

* Experience in probabilistic safety assessment modelling
* Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience

What you will be doing
* Develop and maintain probabilistic safety assessment models for civil or naval applications
* Provide risk-informed safety advice to influence design and operational decisions
* Lead junior analysts and oversee quality of modelling outputs
* Collaborate with stakeholders and regulators to support safety case development
Skills and experience
* Advanced PSA modelling using RiskSpectrum or Reliability Workbench
* Knowledge of nuclear licensing and authorising conditions
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
* Mentoring and team leadership of junior analysts
