Leading a team of 20+, you’ll play a key role in reshaping the sales and marketing function—bringing fresh energy, strategic flair, and a focus on best practice to drive performance. This role offers the scope to make a real impact within a dynamic, forward-thinking housebuilder and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in volume residential development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership and results delivery—especially those open to relocating for the next big step in their career.
Key responsibilities:
* Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and quality
* Manage sales leads and conversion rates, driving performance through marketing activity
* Ensure the sales function supports NHBC 5* status through exceptional service delivery
* Lead and monitor the full Customer Journey, promoting consistency and compliance
* Uphold Health & Safety standards for both staff and customers in line with company policy
* Work closely with Construction and Operations to maintain standards and achieve legal completions
* Champion best practices across the region, driving efficiencies, setting budgets, and supporting growth
* Control and optimise the marketing budget to maximise revenue and operating profit
* Deliver timely and accurate performance and competitor reports to support pricing strategies
* Present key updates and insights at Board Meetings, contributing to strategic decisions
* Support land acquisition with detailed market research and input into site mix and layout
* Manage plot release strategy to align with build targets and profitability goals
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform regional planning
