Working as part of our well-established Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team, you’ll provide expert assessments, manage a complex caseload, and be the strategic link between acute and community services. Package Description As a Band 7 Community MS Nurse with HCRG Care Group, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering specialist care to people living with Multiple Sclerosis across Dartford, Gravesham, and Swanley.
