Account Manager (Client Growth & Strategic Delivery) – Partnership & Commercial Leadership, 45k (Huddersfield) 📈✨

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a sharp, commercially minded, and highly proactive Account Manager to act as the strategic and commercial anchor for our client partnerships.


The Role

As an Account Manager at Paradigm, you sit at the absolute centre of the client relationship, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You will be working hand-in-hand with our expert production teams across video, live-streaming, and events.

Your value lies in understanding the unique interplay between these services. You will be the person who confidently guides clients through our ecosystem, helping them understand exactly when and how to deploy a high-end piece of video, a social clip, a multi-camera live stream, or a large-scale live event to achieve their goals. You’ll be proactive in looking for opportunities to achieve better value for our clients. When an enterprise campaign touches multiple disciplines, you will be the central glue—holding together and coordinating large, integrated projects to ensure cohesive delivery and a seamless client experience from start to finish.


What you’ll be doing:

• Strategic Client Advisory: Acting as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, confidently advising them on the best mix of video, streaming, and event solutions to solve their business challenges.

• Integrated Project Coordination: Playing a lead role in holding together large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, keeping both the client and our internal production teams aligned when a campaign spans across multiple service lines.

• Commercial Leadership: Owning the revenue, margins, and financial health of your account portfolio—leading the scoping, working with production teams to develop budgets, and signing off on all proposals and invoices.

• Strategic Triage: Managing the intake of all client requests, assessing them with a high-level view across all services, and filtering them into clearly defined, commercially viable briefs for our producers.

• Driving Forward Pipeline: Moving past reactive project dependencies by building long-term, proactive annual plans and looking for natural cross-selling opportunities that blend content, digital, and live experiences.


Who you are:

• You have solid experience in account management within an agency or client side environment, ideally working across integrated or multi-disciplinary campaigns.

• You possess a strong understanding of how video production, live streaming, and events can complement each other, with the confidence to pitch the right solutions to enterprise clients.

• You are a natural coordinator—the type of person who can effortlessly keep the high-level moving parts of a multi-service project aligned without losing sight of the big picture.

• You are highly commercial with a strong head for numbers, budget forecasting, and protecting project margins.

• You build deep trust easily, bring a calm, solutions-focused energy to the team, and excel at leading senior client relationships.


What you’ll get in return:

• Salary: Circa £45k PA (dependent on experience)

• Flexibility: We kick off together in our Huddersfield office on Mondays to collaborate and set the tone, you’ll spend time out and about with clients, in the studio collaborating with the team with the opportunity for some days working from home.
