Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee daily operations of housing schemes to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
* Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
* Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to deliver necessary services to residents.
* Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to maintain safety and quality standards.
* Prepare and manage budgets related to housing schemes and report on financial performance.
* Facilitate community engagement activities to promote resident involvement and satisfaction.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in housing management or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents and stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of housing regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using relevant software and technology for managing housing operations.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving resident satisfaction.
