Store Manager, Immediate Start
Location: East Midlands, England, UK, NG32 3JE
Salary: £46,000-66,000 per annum | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
As a Lidl Store Manager, you will lead the store’s day‑to‑day operations, keep customers satisfied, develop and inspire your team, and drive performance through improved KPIs. You will work within Lidl’s culture of teamwork and customer focus to contribute to our global business.
Responsibilities
* Manage and improve day‑to‑day operations and store KPIs
* Optimise processes and solve problems to keep the store running smoothly
* Delegate, time‑manage and lead the team effectively
* Provide outstanding support to customers and staff during all shifts
* Monitor, manage and improve store key performance indicators
