Key Responsibilities
* Oversee curriculum planning and implementation
* Conduct and monitor curriculum workshops for teachers
* Coordinate academic calendars, support programs, events, and special initiatives
* Ensure smooth administration and classroom operations
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and leadership teams
* Monitor student progress and support educational excellence
* Organize PTMs, field trips, annual events, and extracurricular activities
* Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards
Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate / Postgraduate with B.Ed. / CIDTT
* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
* 1–2 years of supervisory or coordination experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
* Passion for education and student development
