Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines. Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk logs. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure clear communication. Support budget tracking and procurement processes as required. Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues promptly. Help identify potential project risks and escalate concerns to project managers. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project management standards. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a project support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
