JOB TITLE: Window Cleaner
LOCATION: St James Quarter
PAY RATE: £14.00 per hour
HOURS: 38.5 Hours per week
Overview:
ABM UK is seeking dedicated and reliable full-time window to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained in line with ABM's quality and cleanliness standards. This role is perfect for those looking for flexible work hours while contributing to a cleaner environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various environments
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
* Identify cleaning needs and report any areas of concern to the supervisor
* Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is used correctly
* Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Provide exceptional service to clients and respond to their needs promptly
Person Specification:
* The successful candidate must have at least one of the following
* Commercial window cleaning experience is required
* Must be able to work at height
* Must be able to work in a team or independently
Key Responsibilities
* To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required
* To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date
* To ensure all team members integrate and communicate
* To work safely within the safety guidelines
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation
