Our client is a well-established and highly regarded diamond and jewellery manufacturer and wholesale supplier. They are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to support both the retail and wholesale sides of the business, providing key administrative assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams.
This is a broad and varied role, ideally suited to someone with strong customer service and administration experience and a genuine interest in developing their knowledge of the diamond industry. The position will involve managing a range of office and operational tasks, including organising diaries, updating internal sales systems, assisting with purchase orders, responding to client enquiries, and liaising closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive, organised, and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail will be essential to succeed in this role.
