Do you enjoy coordinating engaging experiences that connect people with major projects? Are you skilled at organizing visits, managing stakeholders and ensuring every detail runs smoothly? Then, this could be the next adventure in your career.
Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
We are looking for a Visits Coordinator to design, manage and deliver a structured visits programme that supports stakeholder engagement, education, and collaboration. In this role, you will help highlight the programme’s impact while building relationships with stakeholders, communities, and partners. You will play a key role in communicating the programme’s purpose and ensuring that every visit experience reflects our core principles of Community, Carbon, Construction and Culture.
Furthermore, you will:
* Plan and coordinate project visits, including scheduling site tours to construction sites, project offices, and visitor centres, managing visit requests and required approvals.
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and site teams to confirm logistics and develop tailored visit itineraries for audiences such as civil servants, elected representatives, community groups, schools, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
* Host and deliver visits, ensuring visitors are welcomed, supported, and provided with clear information about the project, its progress, and benefits.
* Support presentations, briefings, and site tours, collaborating closely with senior leaders and technical specialists while ensuring compliance with health, safety, wellbeing, and security requirements.
* Support stakeholder engagement objectives by working with External Affairs and Communities teams to improve relationships, enhance project reputation and facilitate educational and skills outreach visits.
* Maintain visit records and reporting, including attendance, feedback, and actions, while logging stakeholder interactions in the project CRM system and tracking programme performance.
* Develop and improve visit materials and experiences, ensuring presentations, briefing packs and communications are accurate, accessible, consistent, and aligned with project messaging.
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
Furthermore, you should have:
* Experience coordinating site visits and events.
* Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
* Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Clear communication and presentation skills.
* Experience working in infrastructure, construction, or large programme environments.
* Ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining high diligence.
