Community Phlebotomist

We have a fabulous opportunity for two highly motivated, enthusiastic Phlebotomists to work with the Integrated Community Team within the community nursing teams covering Derbyshire Dales (Ashbourne, Matlock & Bakewell).
Hours of working would be between 8:30am and 3.30pm; split across Monday‑Friday.
We have two part‑time posts available and flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
Our team focuses on providing excellent patient‑centred care to people. Therefore, it is essential that you have a keen interest and experience in phlebotomy.
Other skills will be required and we are happy to teach the successful candidate how to provide simple health checks for our patients and how to complete the electronic documentation on SystmOne.

Care is delivered within patients own homes and care home settings.

* NVQ Level 2 Health/Social Care

* Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
* Venepuncture trained
