Senior Health & Protection Consultant
We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our Belfast office and is a hybrid role with a requirement of being in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
* Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
* Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business; work pro‑actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed account plans.
Requirements
* In‑depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential.
* Financial and Commercial acumen, including fee‑negotiation skills.
* Consulting and relationship‑management skills.
* Technical product and process knowledge.
* Inter‑personal communication and time‑management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Mandatory Work Arrangement
Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration benefits of working together in the office. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week; office‑based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which the full team will be together in person.
