The role of the social media executive Involves growing our clients audience and increasing their reach across their social media platforms helping create content for a well known pet brand to help promote and improve the welfare of pets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging social media trends, Demonstrate outstanding copyrighting skills, show a proven track record of managing and growing social media channels and also have a love of pets. Key Requirements: Organised with a high level of accuracy and fantastic attention to detail 2 years minimum experience in a social media based role Creative with an understanding of the importance of branding Self-starter with a passion for social-media, marketing & customer intelligence Customer-focussed with commercial awareness Strong team player Excellent IT skills including knowledge of social platform analytics including, Google analytics Brand ambassador & partner management To be considered for this role, you must be based in the South of England (Devon/Dorset/Wilshire area) Responsibilities: Executing growth strategies to enhance follower count on all social platforms Brand ambassador & partner management Creating content Brand tasks into the marketing requirements Create impactful visuals & videos Social, weekly & monthly KPIs Social customer service, answering customer questions within 24 hours with some evenings & weekends Remaining updated about emerging trends changes in social media Demonstrating a strong interest in understanding how social media algorithms disseminate content Salary is dependent of experience.
