Head of Kitchen - Primary Schools needed in Gotham, £13.27ph

Responsibilities
* Manage day to day running of large primary school kitchen providing approximately 280 meals per day.
* To prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene regulations.
* Order stock and manage budgets effectively.
* Supervise and support kitchen staff.
25 hours per week - 8:30am to 1:30pm
Qualifications
* Level 3 food safety
* Enhanced DBS
This is a part-time role on a temporary contract basis.
