This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, technical depth, and cross-functional teamwork. **Key Responsibilities*** Plan and execute audits to evaluate process effectiveness and operator competency* Assist in training operators on quality procedures and inspection methods* Provide technical guidance to operators on workmanship standards* Support Business Systems and product audits as needed* Collaborate on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives* Report findings and improvement opportunities to Management* Sample inspect parts using advanced inspection techniques **What You’ll Bring*** Associate’s degree in a technological field or equivalent technical training (e.g., apprenticeship)* Minimum 5 years’ experience in precision machining, assembly, or test processes* Experience in auditing techniques and statistical sampling methods* Strong proficiency in inspection techniques, gaging, and test equipment* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills* Ability to work independently across diverse production areas We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the job posting will be closed once a suitable candidate is selected.
