What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, purposeful learning environment
Supporting students with their learning and promoting positive engagement
Working collaboratively with school staff to encourage academic and personal progress
Gaining hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groupsWe're Looking For:
Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support work)
Confident communicators who can lead a classroom and motivate students
Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education
Those considering teacher training (PGCE/SCITT) or other education pathways in the future
