Main Responsibilities To drive sales growth within the organisation by engaging with NHS customer roles across secondary care, and engage with those roles across the NHS, that can influence new opportunities for future business development for HealthNet Homecare. To engage with decision makers across the NHS, that are responsible for the decision making of treatment pathways and management of patients, providing opportunity to position and sell the value of clinical homecare services for populations of patients across both primary and secondary care. Contribute as a member of the high performing sales team, responsible for the account management of your region, identifying business opportunities to drive growth and achieve sales budget. Account Management: Develop and implement a regional business plan addressing prioritisation of accounts and opportunities for new business and transitions, demonstrating ongoing delivery and review of these plans. Regular review of performance utilising data reports and adjustments made to planned activities. Providing feedback to internal stakeholders with regards to challenges impacting upon uptake of services e.g., NHS barriers Accountable for the maintenance of accurate account and customers data captured in CRM system, to support the effective management across the organisation of accounts and service implementation. Commercial Performance: Demonstrate a high level of personal contribution to ensure individual targets are met through effective business development across a portfolio of customer accounts Effective implementation of new and existing services across both pharma and NHS funded services. Reporting and Forecasting: Work with Finance Analyst to deliver accurate sales forecasts and identify business opportunities using data Maintenance of accurate data inputs in SalesForce to inform regional and national performance targets Use data-driven insights to optimise resource allocation and improve business outcomes Cross Functional Working: Demonstrate effective cross functional working with internal stakeholders e.g., operations team, to ensure industry leading service is provided to the NHS and / or private providers. Work collaboratively with client company representatives to ensure clarity of responsibilities in priority accounts and supporting clinical teams in the management of patients accessing HealthNet Homecare services Senior Regional Business Manager, assigned responsibility for mentoring and coaching of colleagues with regards to the internal processes and NHS Homecare Principles to support their development, capability and success within role. What experience and skills are we looking for? Proven sales and account management experience working with NHS customers or transferable skills e.g. pharmaceutical industry Previous relevant experience in developing and implementing business plans, including the prioritisation of accounts and utilising sales data to support ongoing business decisions.
