Business Development Advisor
Location: Brandesburton
Hours: Mon-Fri
Salary: £24.5k + bonus structure
Grafton Recruitment are seeking a driven, confident individual to fulfil the role of Business Development Advisor, for one of our successful, leading clients in the Brandesburton area.
Roles & responsibilities:
Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for business growth.
Process and manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates on interactions and follow-ups.
Completion of specific campaigns as directed by Management.
Initiate contact with prospects through calls and email to introduce the business's services and solutions
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both written and verbal, with clients and internal stakeholders.
Attend meetings as and when necessary
The perfect Business Development Assistant will have:
Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
Confident, chatty approach with an excellent telephone manner
GCSE Maths & English
IT literacy of Microsoft suite of packages including, Word, Outlook, Excel
Track record or successfully generating leads
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to track sales activities
Valid Driving Licence and mode of transport
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
