NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Thursday 8.45-16.45 and Friday- 8.45-16.15 This is a Fixed term post for 12 months. This post is based at Dumbarton Joint Hospital, however, there will be an expectation to provide cross-cover at our sister site, Goldenhill Resource Centre, during periods of reduced staffing. West Dunbartonshire Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Multi-Disciplinary Team Secretary to join our busy and dynamic service, where delivering high-quality, patient-centred care is our key focus. T he post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service, working closely with a range of clinical and social work professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Although this is an NHS-employed post, it is an integral role within the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), requiring close collaboration with both health and social work colleagues. The successful candidate will therefore be required to use both NHS and Council systems to support effective partnership working.
