Skills and Qualifications
* Building Conservation experience is essential, with proven technical competence undertaking condition surveys and specifying conservation repair works
* Part 3 qualified with UK‑based practical experience
* AABC/ RIBA CA or SCA accreditation is highly desirable. Candidates not yet accredited must have demonstrable technical conservation experience and a commitment to achieving accreditation in the near future.
* Philosophical understanding of building conservation and an interest in building history
* Excellent design and drawing skills, competent in technical detailing
* Proven project running experience, with good client‑facing communication skills
* Proven experience during RIBA Stages 4‑5
* Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient using AutoCAD and NBS
* Proficient use of Revit would be desirable, but is not essential
* BIM Conservation experience would be desirable, but is not essential
