Tesco Property Maintenance is currently looking to recruit a HVAC Gas Engineer. This is a field-based role responsible for maintaining and servicing the gas safe systems across a large retail estate. Working closely with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role involves both reactive and planned maintenance of commercial gas and HVAC systems. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all parts and equipment are ordered as required and that all work is completed to the highest standard.

1. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

6. Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, maximising productivity, and effectiveness.
7. Delivering high quality work standards across the estate, with year-on-year improvement.
8. Using problem-solving skills and innovation to identify and develop solutions for key and common issues.
9. Own tasks at a local level through to completion/resolution, informing key stakeholders through the process, where required.
10. Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive best practice in work completion and updates.
11. Use the business systems to drive best practice in work order reporting to support asset lifecycle management.
12. Supporting KPI delivery, through the practical application of skill sets, and effective use of business systems to drive achievement of your own set KPIs.
