Ensuring this is done efficiently, while strictly adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, is critical. We are seeking a dynamic Group Intercompany Controller to lead, support, and challenge our business operations to achieve excellence in this area. This important role is primarily based in Glasgow, with occasional travel within the UK and to India.

What you’ll do:
6. Establish and operate governance processes to drive compliance with Group intercompany policies and procedures
7. Drive process compliance through partnering with operational finance teams to identify and implement corrective actions
8. Analyse and resolve intercompany mismatches, disputes and aged settlement positions collaboratively
9. Identify and support the implementation of process improvements
10. Collaborate with Group Finance, Tax and Treasury teams to ensure effective governance and controls
11. Provide training and support to intercompany stakeholders across the business
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
12. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
13. Experience in a Controllership or Compliance role within a global business environment; exposure to complex intercompany processes preferred
14. Proven ability to drive compliance with Finance processes and effectively operate governance frameworks
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
16. Ability to work autonomously and to seek out, understand and analyse complex information
17. Hands-on experience with ERP systems
