Part time/flexible (with an option to expand the role)
£27,500 per annum pro rata.
We are seeking a highly driven and forward-thinking professional to support its business growth. You will be a focused and creative person who sees the bigger picture when it comes to the positive promotion of a company both internally and externally.
The Role
* To work alongside the Managing Director and the Graphic Designer to identify and deliver the Company's annual marketing strategies.
* Working in conjunction with HR and other key figures in the business to develop positive messages within the company and to strengthen and improve the relationship between the business and its people. This might be through a structured series of team building exercises and 'wellbeing measures' either as a continuation of what the Company already offers or a variation of.
* You will work with existing resources to manage and build a client data base.
* To build relationships between our people and the Company's Vision Statement. Ensuring it is well understood and shared within the Company's day to day activities.
* To work alongside the Head of Administration to deliver client facing events with the option to attend sponsored and client hosted functions.
* To support in the development of the B&G Academy – a remote and in person training centre.
* Liaise in a PR capacity to positively promote B&G and its people.
* Ensure the Company is visible across local and national awards
