Pastry Chef de Partie – Package up to £42,000 pa – Michelin* Restaurant
This client has established itself as one of the leading Restaurants in South Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside.
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie within its kitchen team.
On offer is a basic salary of up to 32 k plus around 10-12k in non-contractual tronc.

• Basic salary of up to £32,000 p/a

A successful candidate will ideally have:
• Sound pastry experience at Michelin or multiple AA Rosette level.

• Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
